How do you know when you’re full if you’re not hungry to begin with? 

This weight-management program removes the word “diet” from your vocabulary in the verb sense.  Instead, the word “diet” refers simply to what you eat.  We explore the concept of mindful eating combined with learning about foods, how they affect the body, and what your body really needs. True change takes time and with this program, we will focus on lifestyle habits over the long-term for lasting change.

Services are available virtually or in-person. Anything outside of a 30-mile radius of Firth, NE will require a travel fee.


  • 1 hour Initial consult with Nutrition Assessment: review of current nutrition, physical activity, medical, and diet history

  • 4, 30-minute follow-up sessions

  • Grocery Store Session

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy (if applicable)

  • Evaluation of Readiness to Change

  • Educational materials (additional book purchase may be required)

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan with sample menus


  • Initial Nutrition Assessment: Includes a 60-minute complete assessment of needs, supplement evaluation, dietary and training recall.

  • Follow-up Sessions: Includes a 30-minute review of modifications made and additional recommendations to fine-tune progress toward goals or adjustments based on changes in goals or training.

  • Monthly Monitoring: Monthly subscription for unlimited email contact, text messaging, and food log monitoring
